Footage capturing Michael Jackson's final live performances is expected to sell for £30 million, according to reports.
The rehearsal film was shot during the final weeks of the pop superstar's life, as he prepared for his "This Is It" comeback in London.
Speculation about plans for it have been rife since Jacko's death on June 25, with Sony Pictures reported to be the frontrunners to put it out.
They are rumoured to be considering putting together a film, taken from the 80 hours of footage, once a deal has been struck with promoters AEG Entertainment.
"High School Musical" director Kenny Ortega will reportedly helm the project, which will include a host of other unseen material.
Meanwhile, ITV are to broadcast a documentary about the self-styled King of Pop this coming weekend.
